Make background of the comments section of gallery transparent

Does anyone know how to make the background of the comments section in a gallery page transparant or add some color. Currently it's only black... Maybe some CSS can change that?

You really don't want it transparent because it will still be the background of the Lightbox which in your case it's black. This will change it to gray. Change the color to suit:

  background-color: gray;
}
