I am unable to change my email address due to username, and unable to change user name. Can someone tell me hoe to change my username so I can update my email address?

    John,
    Sorry about the problems you're having. I suspect our current software doesn't like the exclamation mark in your user name. If you send me the email address you want by private message, I can change it for you. It would probably be a good idea to change your username as well, so let me know what you would like.
