Folder Security Setting

I have a folder with several galleries and the folder is secured for "anyone with a link". "Visibility" is set to "Unlisted (Anyone with the link)" and "Access" is set to "Anyone with a link". When I send the link to someone, all they get is a blank page ... never opens to the folder/galleries I want them to access. Am I doing something wrong with my settings? Are the galleries in the folder set to public?

If the galleries are set to unlisted your viewers need a direct link to the gallery.

From the help page at https://www.smugmughelp.com/en/articles/339-gallery-page-and-folder-privacy-settings#:

"Unlisted" means your visitors need direct links to each folder, gallery, or page using this Visibility setting. Visitors won't be able to see the galleries because Unlisted galleries can't be seen without a direct link to each gallery.
