Hide footer on certain pages doesn't work on mobile

I'm helping a fellow on https://www.creativespaceartists.com, and he's wanting the footer not to show on certain pages. Specifically the page that shows up when you click the menu tab on the right, as it overlays over the entire page. I know there's a lot of ancient code on the site, but can't figure out why it still appears on mobile but not the desktop. Any help would be appreciated!
