Page Content While Loading

Hello!

I'm experiencing a problem with the page content of my website https://www.monalightstudios.com.

While the pages load the page body content moves up and down multiple times, resulting in a glitchy load. There are a few CSS animations on my page. However, this is certainly not the problem. I tried removing all the animations and other CSS and the problem remained. I've tried everything I can think of to fix the problem. Does anyone have any ideas?
