You may have seen a report that OpenAI labs has created an image generation program that won a prize for digital art. The program is now available to all, free with some usage limits: https://openai.com/dall-e-2/ You simply give it a text prompt and in less than a minute it produces four variants of an image based on your text. I told it to produce Rodin's Thinker looking at a cell phone and it produced this:
It can also produce photographic quality images of people who do not exist. I suspect that in the wrong hands, it can also create a lot of mischief. Amazing stuff.
