There are many species of Inocybe and we usually find at least one species during a 2-3 hour survey of woods. This one was in open heathland, which is strange because they are all mycorrhizal with tree roots. It is safest to assume that all species are poisonous as they are confusable with Agaricus to the novice and are the cause of many poisonings.

Olympus EM-1, (aperture priority), Olympus 4/3 50mm f2 macro, 1/20 at f11 iso 400, hand-held.

The stereo is crosseye.
