Thumbnails for 4K videos

Now that Smugmug can handle 4K videos, I've uploaded several but I want to change the thumbnail and I can't get anything to work. I've tried 1920 and 3840 jpg files and nether work. Is this a bug or did I miss something. The help function still says only HD videos are accepted.

You might try contacting SmugMug directly with your question. While support staff check the forum occasionally they always respond to emails.

SmugMug still only supports 1080p video. The marketing email you received last month was super confusing - you can now sell STILL IMAGE downloads in a size similar to 4k.
