Lightroom publish plug in

My publish plug-in for LR is dormant - no activity regardless of approach (i.e., direct publishing from the LR library or via LR collections). I've used the plug-in since its early days and found it buggy like everything else LR-related. I also have the SM dng module, but I'm also having this issue with other formats (tiff).
