Keywords from filenames

I've just discovered that SM is creating keywords from my filenames. This is, er, problematic. I store a fair amount of belt and braces info in filenames such as datestamp (YYMMDDHHMMSS) and a filename checksum. A search unearthed some old threads on here such as: https://dgrin.com/discussion/183552/useless-filename-keywords and I get the impression that this may be turned off in the "Control Panel". I'm a bit lost, so long story short, can I turn this feature off?

Yes, you can turn this feature off.

Go to Account Settings, click Discovery tab, click Search.
Set Filename Keywording to OFF.

Ah, brilliant, thank you. I'd looked in there but had tunnel vision looking for something titled "Control Panel", and of course the default tab shown is for SHARING. Hadn't noticed the SEARCH tab. Just the job, thanks. (Just lobbed a support message 2 minutes ago - oops).
