Bathtub full of chocolate

Hey there everyone. I've been asked if I can create an image of someone in a bathtub full of chocolate for a client. Anyone have any idea how I could do this? Without actually having to fill a bathtub with chocolate of course. I originally thought of water and somehow making it look like chocolate in post but don't think I would be able to get that viscous look of the chocolate. It seems like it would just look like dirty water.

    Like this but with chocolate?

    I think need to use cheap and heavier than chocolate to fill most of the tub, put the subject in and pose and then put a layer of chocolate on the top.
