Sitemap not working

Hi there
I have http://fotokarl.smugmug.com and also the custom domain http://fotokarl.com
I can see that google only index my mainsite "fotokarl.com and not any other sites I have under that domain, I I look at my
sitemap http://fotokarl.com/sitemap-index.xml the only site is my mainpage.
I have follow all instruction on how to make the SITE VISIBILITY in the account settings and everything say YES to be found.
Why cant sitemap and google see my galleries,folders and pages ??

Same problem. In the Google Search Console -> Sitemap the error messagge is "Unable to read the sitemap".
The sitemap is on http://mysite.smugmug.com/sitemap-index.xml but the gz file can't be read by Google: https://mysite.smugmug.com/sitemap-galleryimages-1.xml.gz
Any hints how to proceed?
