Favicon on Google Search

Has anyone had any luck in getting rid of Smugmug's Favicon on Google Search? the next to there site name? and using there own favicon.

Not possible. I emailed them again about wanting it and got:

"Thank you for reaching out. I hear you about wanting your custom favicon to display for google search results. We have an open feature request and I have added your vote to make this an option in the future. I do not have a timeframe when it might be available just yet though. Unfortunately we do not have an option for adding the head tags to your site either, sorry. "
