Uploads stuck in "Processing" mode - 5-18-23

This afternoon, I created a gallery and tried to upload three photos to it. They were stuck in the "processing" mode and the upload never completed. Subsequently, I created additional galleries, retried the uploads (with the same and other photos) and everything still shows "processing". Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I had the same problem earlier this evening but it seems to have cleared now.
