Downloading images from my Smugmug site?

Hello

Why is it that when I try to download images from my Smugmug site through my two laptops, it gives me a very small "spacer, GIF"? But when I use my cell phone, it delivers the proper file?

Yes, I am using the proper download button. Does not work on both laptops, but does work through phone app.
