Custom Folder/Album HTML Title

Hi, for SEO purposes I'd love to be able to set the HTML Title attribute for a folder or gallery separately from its title as displayed on the website. For example, I may want to add an event's location in the HTML title attribute, but not display that extra text as part of the title displayed while browsing my site. And if the HTML Title field is left blank, it would simply default to the Gallery/Folder Title.
