Wasn't this user-created as opposed to an official SmugMug extension? Or did Smug add it too?

My Sherlock extension still works. I just visited the Chrome Extension store and it looks as if that one is still there. I didn't see a download button, but that is probably because I already have it installed.

Think I might have tried it not logged in to Smug,
later last night it started to work.
