How to link from Smugmug to another website?

Google and an hour of poking around has failed me...

How can you create something on a Smugmug home page that, when clicked, links to another website (URL)?

Details: Another Smugmug account owner wants to take photos from my Smugmug and put them on their site. I would rather have them link from their Smugmug to my Smugmug.

Hopefully that something that gets clicked is a photo with a text description like, "Kelly's Festival Photos". Or maybe the photo is "null" (no action) and the text description is the URL link.

You can use either a menu content block or an HTML content block to add a link from your homepage to a location on another site..
