Hover style effect on mobile

Hello everyone,

I chose to present my galleries with the hover effect to show informations from each of my galleries : https://www.quentinmka.com/

However, when I view my site on a mobile phone, my gallery informations are always displayed on top of my cover image, and the hover effect does not work, or rather it is always activated.

So I would like to tweak my CSS to have the info style under my galleries when visiting my site, but only on a mobile phone, is it possible ?
