Can you help me organize these image collections?

Am needing some serious organizational assistance. And i am simply unable to do that myself. Need to create a password protected site for family and personal images. And a site for wider use by public visitors, it is a desert nature portfolio for a private non-profit firm based in Arizona. I can show you samples of what am needing done. I am very happy to offer some cash reimbursement for someone that absolutely has mastered SmugMug's programs. Would like to see this finished in 7-10 days. Thank you !
