Replace video preview image

In the past week I have had problems after uploading a new video. When clicking on Tools>Replace Preview, nothing happens. I have over 500 movies that were customized previously using this workflow. Went to help chatbot and was told to switch to Chrome browser. I tried that and it worked, but I want to keep using Safari on my Mac running the latest Sonoma.

What should I do to see if this can be fixed? With 3 separate SM accounts that I update often to keep multiple family backups, the workflow is very important.
