Change text in shop with CSS? Centimeters instead of inches

Hi,
I wonder if its possible to change the text that's shows size under buy photo?
For exempel I would like to show centimeters instead of inches. So it would be great if this text could be changed through CSS.
10" x 8" Print Lustre would be 25 x 20 cm instead for exempel..
