@GSPeP (Peter), thank you for running a fun mini! And thank you for the 2nd place for my photo from the Rice Festival in Arles, France. Congrats to @Cavalier for the win and to @slpollett for 3rd place. I enjoyed seeing all of the entries for this challenge!

As for that Rice Festival, we just happened to be docked in Arles that day (on a very small river cruise ship) and our guide offered to take people to the Festival celebrating the rice harvest in the Camargue region. This was one of the most unusual and fun parades that I've ever seen with antique tractors, people dressed up in traditional costumes, sacks of rice being thrown to the bystanders, etc.!
