Moving galleries

I have been away from SmugMug for awhile. I'm not sure what I did to make this a problem, but I cannot move a gallery to another position either dragging and dropping or by using the position option. Dragging and dropping does not create a highlighted space for the gallery. I do notice that this gallery's bottom icon looks different from the other galleries icons. It appears empty rather than including the "photos" image.
