Digital File Price questions

I had a client purchase $440 dollars in digital downloads. I reviewed the invoice info and (please tell me it isn't so!) have found that the gross profit off of that was going to only be $65.44 and my net profit was only $.03. I'd like to know how that is possible. Am I reading it wrong?
