Very nice, esp. the parrot and the second owl. Nice and sharp, tasty bokeh, great color and nice composition.

Amazing shots! Especially like the bird with all the colors. I'm curious too about what frames program you are using, or is that self done?

Great, and I mean GREAT colors! Wow... I love the parrot... SNAP!

You did an excellent job... You should pick your fav and post it in the whipping post. Of course I would never do that.

What lens did you shoot these with? How much post work did you do?

    peace.

Looks like you enjoyed your visit to the park and got some fantastic shots! I think the Ape and the Mandarin (?) Duck are my favorites.

Man what a place, I'm going again and again, next time I'll try to be more creative and work on my composition skills.

If you have the time which I didn't to be more creative by spending the time waiting for that pose, you can get some fantastic captures there.

I had my wife with me who wanted to see the whole park so I felt sort of pressured to keep moving.

It's not humping out in the wild but it is a serious learning experience, anyone who would like to get together and make a day out of it let me know, I'm definently going again soon.

    Thanks for the Kudos guys
It really means allot to me to hear these comments, not to feed my ego but to inspire me to get better.

I really like like to hear constructive critism good and not so good, there's always something to polish and work out in the next round of shots.

I strongly suggest that if you live in Southern California within driving distance to Escondido the Wild Animal Park will provide you with a classroom experience you will not soon forget.

Can you tell I'm fired up, The eagle owl was part of the Bird show at 12:00, after the show thay brought him down for a viewing, I was the only one taking pictures of him????.

San Diego Wild Animal Park Guys, heres a tip Down the road a 1/4 mile on the left side of the road before you get to the park, I got some great long distance shots of an Osprey eating a trout, there are tons of birds down in that canyon, I plan on going back there too.clap.gif

    Thanks again all.

Your images are awesome. I've taken a trip down to the park myself. It was a lot of fun. We took the moving tram ride around the park and it was a blast. Wish I had a bit more reach, but fun none the less.

I managed to snag this while on the tram...

    Nothing compared to yours though...
