Really nice Froggy
Man, those birds are so beautiful and colorful, I had to put on my sunglasses to view the pics... This place definitely looks like a good one to visit
I even like the pic you got of the Andy look-alike sitting there all smug and self satisfied The original "Smug Mug"......
Thanks for sharing and I have a feeling you'll be back to the Wild Animal Park again soon :

You did an excellent job... You should pick your fav and post it in the whipping post. Of course I would never do that.
What lens did you shoot these with? How much post work did you do?
peace.

Photography isn't about the Zone System or any other Ansel Adams nonsense.
It's simply about seeing. You either see or you don't see, the rest is
academic.

you should consider the gorilla in the current challenge

Man what a place, I'm going again and again, next time I'll try to be more creative and work on my composition skills.
If you have the time which I didn't to be more creative by spending the time waiting for that pose, you can get some fantastic captures there.
I had my wife with me who wanted to see the whole park so I felt sort of pressured to keep moving.
It's not humping out in the wild but it is a serious learning experience, anyone who would like to get together and make a day out of it let me know, I'm definently going again soon.

It really means allot to me to hear these comments, not to feed my ego but to inspire me to get better.
I really like like to hear constructive critism good and not so good, there's always something to polish and work out in the next round of shots.
I strongly suggest that if you live in Southern California within driving distance to Escondido the Wild Animal Park will provide you with a classroom experience you will not soon forget.
Can you tell I'm fired up, The eagle owl was part of the Bird show at 12:00, after the show thay brought him down for a viewing, I was the only one taking pictures of him????.
San Diego Wild Animal Park Guys, heres a tip Down the road a 1/4 mile on the left side of the road before you get to the park, I got some great long distance shots of an Osprey eating a trout, there are tons of birds down in that canyon, I plan on going back there too.
Thanks again all.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
I managed to snag this while on the tram...
Nothing compared to yours though...
Thanks for sharing and the inspiration.
