Keywords not showing up

This gallery went up just before SM went down and it is possible that the site just hasn't gotten around to indexing those photos yet. Don't know, but I've already had two phone calls from racers not finding images that I know are actually up there. These particular photos were uploaded to a private gallery and then bulk moved to a public gallery.

In the future is there any way to make the maintenance windows shorter, or less frequent? I'd rather exchange a more stable, less changing feature set for shorter down times.

If anyone else is having this there turns out to be a relatively easy user fix. Goto your gallery and select "edit captions/keywords (bulk)". Then simply save -- no need to actually edit if your keywords are indeed in the form (mine were). But the process of clicking "save" causes Smugmug to rebuild the keyword index for that gallery.
