This was taken from a bridge with tripod but the traffic was shaking the bridge somewhat....just enough to blur things a little on a longish exposure. It was about an hour after i had opened the box of my new camera.

Yeah, I can see a little blur. But the colors and the light jump out. Nice framing. I missed the post... what new camera did you get? ear.gif

I am going to try it again & just be patient for the traffic to steady.

Cool camera. You should get the wide angle lens if you can, they're loads of fun. f1.8 is great. Nice to have a choice of memory too, shop for the lowest prices.

You using the remote for the night shots? (I'm still reading up on your cam.)

Good shot. I chopped off a little of the low end of the histogram to darken
the sky and increase contrast just a tad. (using 'xv') Maybe you will like it. (and maybe not :) )

Love it mate ! Thanks. Am yet to start playing with histograms...my camera has it but its all taking a long time to process. It also lets me take several shots at different settings so i will try again.

The f1.8 & 4 diff memorys is what sold me on the camera. I just always like shots without a flash.
