I do not have any records from back that far (doh! stupid me I guess... hindsight sheesh)
one ex employer does not have records back that far anymore (wtf... they don't archive tanything)
the company they use (the work number . com) to help maintain records has no record of me either
the other ex employer went out of business long ago

I tried ssi to see if they had a more detailed record other than earnings by year but that was a no go
I could attempt to get previous tax returns but they don't have any info beyond yearly earnings either.

all I need is what months I worked!!!

:cry:cry:cry:cry:cry:cry:cry:cry:cry:cry:cry:cry:cry:cry:cry:cry:cry:cry

Could you possibly check your bank records for deposit dates of your payroll checks? It would probably involve a bit of work sorting through them all but if you knew approximate dates it might work. But then again they might not have records going back that far either. Good Luck!

    Dani,

You might check with the state you worked in. If you have only worked in one state then it might be easy. I know Kansas has a Department where you can get employment records of people by quarter and the times money was sent into the state. It is actually the Kansas Dept. of Human Resources which is under the Dept. of Labor. Check to see if they have an earnings and benefits department where you can get a history. You SHOULD be able to get your own records. Obviously you would have to have certain authority to get it for other people. If you live or worked in an area near a bordering state the state you live in should have the records for the neighboring state. ie. In Kansas City, since the KC metro area includes parts of Missouri and Kansas, Kansas will have the records for employment in Missouri also.

    Hope this helps you out.
