New Washer

Amazing what kids will find interesting. New washing machine arrived today. The kids wanted to load it up with their laundry and watch it go! Quoting my 8 year old son "Dad, this is the greatest show on earth!":huh
Had to capture the moment of the two of them watching.

    Is there a rating system for the clothes as to suitabililty to watch?

    (I find this hilarious and really think there might be a market for this photo. I have no idea if it would make KPOTD, but it is one of the funniest things I have seen in a long time.)

    Glad you found this pic so amusing. I too keep looking at it and chuckling. Rest assured that the clothes in the washer were G-rated (spiderman underwear, etc...). My wife washes her "unmensionables" by hand out of sight of the children!rolleyes1.gif

    Ha ha - that's cute. This actually makes me think back to being a kid. My parents had this old top-loading washing machine forever. When it finally died it was replaced by a front loader. I sat and watched many loads of laundry go through that thing during the first couple weeks.

    I never saw one until I was newly married, late teens, and used a laundromat.

    I also was fascinated, but I played it cool and would not have made as good a photo subject.

    There is something about watching the suds and clothes and all.

    ginger (I still say that if it isn't KPOTD, it is something!) Would be a good ad, actually!

    A last page for life magazine, or whatever mag still does that.
