    That's an awesome image. I love the graininess of it. It looks so dark and foreboding, very unlike most IR imagery.

    Was that film? I'm relatively new to digital IR, but I've never seen that kind of grain in a digital image. I assumed you must have added it in photoshop. That's even better if the grain is natural.

    just got an ir filter and am using it on a nikon coolpix 8800 (p and s digital)-
    I'm having to expose for over 30 seconds and the grain is probably from that-
    I am not doing it pp--have tried to on some pics and nothing has worked better than what I got unintentionally on this photo today-

    Really an interesting image, I am curious as to what you settings were? I would image some of the graininess would be from the trees moving and and blurring a little. I like it too, it has a surreal quality to it.
