    Hmm... personally? The first one is the most flattering, but the second shows the most personality. Depends on what you're going for, I suppose.

    I like the first one-tho all look like they would benefit from a little post work

    this was a quick fix - mostly redid the B&W conversion using the channel mixer boosting the blue channel a little to lighten the tone and add more contrast. Some healing brush and sharpening-maybe too much produced the above. If you don't want it on here PM me and I'll remove it.
