Vanishing Gallery/Pictures

This is the strangest thing I've ever seen. I moved pictures from one gallery to a new one. But the gallery intermittently shows up and even when it does, sometimes the photos are also intermettently not there. :dunno

Try it and see if you get the same results. I'm using the smugmug small style and trying to view each of the pictures by clicking on them. I've tried it on two different system and two different versions of Firefox.

I noticed something today, too, Samir. Stay tuned, we're investigating. But I will say, that in a couple minutes time, everything was as it should be. I'll see what the engineers have to say...

I noticed the same thing just now. I made some new galleries all at one time, then when I wanted to upload pictures into them they weren't there.

The new galleries are "Entry", "Dining Room", "Family Room", and "Kitchen".

A few minutes later they were there, so I uploaded into a couple of them (Entry and Dining Room). Now sometimes the galleries are there, sometimes not. And when they're there, sometimes they display as an Empty Gallery, even though there are pictures there, and sometimes instead of pictures you get the "This is a brand new gallery with no photos" message.

Always interesting, huh?

Exactly the same symptoms I'm having.

I've noticed some weird things when deleting photos as well. I'm going to stop working on my galleries until this is cleared up. :cry It's a bit scarey to work on them this way. :uhoh
