Calling Yuri Pautov...

I've seen you post here before and I see you're in Russia. Can you please provide some insight as to what this cap says? I got it in 1990 from a man from Estonia while I was in Germany. He was asking for a ride...he gave me this and a few other items as thanks for the ride. I understand it's a sailor's cap. Just wondering what it says.

    It says 'Pacific'. In the meaning fleet, of course!
    This head-dress in Russian is called 'beskozYrka' - (without peak, visor)...
