please help a newbie - iview, smugmug and tags

hi,
brand new here and in desperate need of assistance. i am using iview media pro 3 to catagorize my pix (2500 down, 3000 to go...).
so far, i have put in ratings, and put in information in the following fields:
City
State
Country
People
Events
I then go to action->sync annotations (export annotations)
When I upload these pix to smugmug, there are no keywords/ratings attached.
This is not a private/locked gallergy.
What am I doing wrong???

I think I answered my own question
Decided to try one last time - moved the people and event fields to the "keywords" field. Seems to be okay now...

bump for IVMP users

Alright so I guess IVMP's people and events is not a recognized field and therefore I needed to move that info to the keywords location.
However, I am now trying out Send To Smugmug and trying to sort by ratings. Everything shows up as unrated despite the ratings being in IVMP and being recognized in Adobe bridge.
Any thoughts?

I don't remember the names of what I'm about to talk about, but iVMP's People, Location, etc. fields are not standard keyword fields. You CAN put them in the standard IPTC keywords, but they're actually some kind of next generation thing that isn't fully implemented. I forget exactly what it's called.

I think that's what I realized...but I don't know why the ratings aren't working with "send to smugmug" - these appear standard since adobe sees them...
