Hi,
I posted in customization (http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=27400) and got a quick response from Andy which was great. I have made adjustments to my prices so that customers don't get stumped and think I only offer 5"x7" and 20"x30". Would be great if there was only one drop down box for prints but I guess it ain't possible so it ain't going to happen!
Anyway, I have another tiny problem now. When Standard Prints are selected they are listed neatly with spacing between each size which is great. However the order changes from gloss then lustre to lustre then gloss and so forth. See pic.
Now for something equally wacky. When Specialty Prints are selected a gap appears not only between the sizes but also the finishes. And they are back to front. Lustre then gloss, I assume it should be the other way around as that is how it appears when customizing pro pricing. See pic.
It might seem a little pedantic however the whole thing is soooooo slick that this is the only real fault I have found. Any way of fixing it up?
Thanks!
Cammo

Not sure what you did but you lost all my pricing I had set up. I hope no-one jumped in and ordered while it was at wholesale prices!
Will get to and fix it up now.
Thanks for trying anyway, does anyone else have this problem?? I will hunt through a few galleries.

Hi Cammo, I didn't touch your custom pro pricing. All I did was add photos to my cart.
We don't go in and change custom pricing - :nono it's not something that we do.
Are you logged out when you are looking at your pricing? Remember - use a second browser is best - be logged out on one, logged in on the other.
Again, I did not touch your custom pro pricing.

Yep, I raced in and fixed it up. Was very weird, just totally disappeared, prices were the same as if logged in. I was at a colleagues office looking at it and showing him the price layout thing when he commented about how low my prices were! I quicky logged in and reset them all.
Sorry, just thought you might have been having a play with it to find the layout problem and somehow lost my pricing - no problem, easily fixed! Just glad no-one ordered a heap of prints!
P.S I have just gone and deleted all the gloss prices, not a big fan of gloss anyway, so that fixed that!
