Postage and invoice?

Quick question.

If I place an order for someone (someone who doesn't use credit card on the web and prefers to post me a cheque) and put myself as the credit card owner and my customer as the delivery contact / address - will they be sent a receipt for my wholesale price? I am assuming not but I would be pretty worried if it happened.
