Good morning!

Last Sunday i was in China Town (Boston) to shoot some pics during the New Year's Parade (Lion Dancing) in Boston. It was a lot of fun. Lot's of people, lively and very LOUD! It was a pitty that my D70's light meter broke just when i arrived in China Town... but the good ol' manual mode still works with the help of histograms.

Here are some pics.

I can't grasp the notion of time.

When I hear the earth will melt into the sun,
in two billion years,
all I can think is:
"Will that be on a Monday?"

So let's make a pact, us Bostonians. Let's start a thread somewhere, all subscribe to it, and post to it when we hear about good shooting opportunities like this one. I read about a couple in today's Globe Calendar section. I'll get the ball rolling later today.

    Waddasay?

    Thanks!

The selectively colored picture is part of a series of 4: all b&w with the firecrackers colored.
