Changing Prices? Ugh....

I hope there is an easier way to do this. I have hundreds of galleries. They are all set to the same price but using gallery pricing. I want to raise prices 30%.
I put the price increase in using portfolio pricing but now I find that I need to go into each gallery to put in a 30% price increase with quick pricing. This is quick? Ugh........
If there is no better way to do this I'll be fiddling with this for hours and hours. How about price changes by category, sub-category? How about letting portfolio prices overide galleries? Help???????
Thanks, Al

I've gone through similar things MANY times! Try deleting 300 galleries that Star*Explorer created for you by mistake...try adding a password to 40 galleries by hand...Smugmug really needs more Automation if you know what I mean.
Thanks for your prompt response. How do you delete gallery pricing once you've used it?
Thanks, Al
Quick Pricing -> Smugmug Default
Should do it
I just changed to "clearing" each gallery but this is still one painstaking gallery at a time. If you do Smugmug Default does that change every gallery or just the one you are working on? In other words, what is the easiest way to change all of my hundreds of galleries to one new pricing structure?
Thanks for your help.
Al
Dodge, can Star Explorer delete all the gallery pricing in one fell swoop?
Thanks, Al
I was only on the trial for Star Explorer, I don't remember being able to change PRO pricing.
You have to go into each gallery one by one and change it to Smugmug Default (pretty much the same as going to every size and clearing the box). This will make that specific gallery default back to your portfolio pricing. I don't know of any quicker way to do this
OK, that's what I'm doing but I'm using "clear" not Smugmug default. I believe the default puts them to "cost" prices, like .25 for a 4X6. Clear actually clears the box so nothing is there. Then the portfolio pricing takes over. At least that's how I understand it.
I downloaded Star Explorer. You are right. There is nothing on changing prices. What a pain...
Thanks anyway.
When I tested it, saving as the Smugmug Default essentially does the same thing, because when I go back to the pricing, all boxes are blank. I tested it while I was logged out and it worked.
I'd just keep doing whatever is currently working, and next time you need to change you can just change the portfolio pricing.
