    Nice. Only way to improve it would be to have a little more of the bag showing. But, since I have a soft soft spot for photos with motion, I dig it thumb.gif

    it's amazing that his arms/hands could be moving that fast and his head looks stock still. Nice capture.

    Really well done man. The sense of motion is perfect. Here's something for you to try --- go back to the gym and shoot using "slow sync 2" with your flash. Shoot lots and play with the balance (ratio) between ambient light and flash. You'll get some really unique images.
