    no expert I, but overall I think this is a good photo-

    cute kid--sorry, maybe I'm supposed to know, but boy? girl?-

    if it's a boy, I'm sure he'll appreciate this picture for years to come-

    Compostion Feedback
    My newbie composition feedback would be the bear is too big. I can see your intentions but the bear is so big, it is competing with the cute kid for my attention. Plus, the white bear gets somewhat lost in the white blanket background.
    I think the lighting is working though! What are you using?
    Just my 2 cents.
