Country Speicific Domains still not working?

I was excited to see that country specific domain cookies had been fixed as part of the new release. Sadly it still doesn't seem to work for me. I have cleared cookies and deleted files, but using IE I still can't change styles. Have I maybe misunderstoond the release note
