I took a drive to our local falls - Shoshone Falls - where they've opened the gates up and instead of the usual 600 cubic feet per second flowing they've got it at 3100cfs. There was ton's of over spray making everything really icy, but made for great rainbows.
This is of one of the springs that come out of the canyon wall:
Everything was covered in ice - railings:

and by the time I was done, my hair was coated in ice! No pics of that though.:D

The water is really green too. The little black dots to the left of the water are a bunch of pigeons.

I obviously did not spent much time in analyzing images, so I'm not saying that my mod is of any noticeable quality. This example is here only to show that something can be done to improve the shot. Your original is pretty good as it is
