Couple more Eagles
Was able to get some more shots of a Bald Eagle this morning. Still heavily cropped and still suffering softness from the crop, but a little better than the first one.

Calving season lasts for about another month, so hopefully I will be able to get some really nice ones deserving of frames :wink
Thanks for looking.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
Well done and Congrats on yours

Thanks Ben, you and Jeff should take a quick flight up to Reno. Only a 45 minute drive south of Reno.

Thanks Vandana. It is really neat to look at and capture Eagles. But you know us photo types, always wanting more .....biggerlenses, sharper pictures, etc etc.

Hi Mike,
I did buy a blind and have used it several times for the little birds. Have spent probably about 15 hours at the base of a tree where a Red-tail perches (except when I'm in my blind :cry). Unfortunatley, a blind wont work real well where these Eagles are though. They are on private property and we can only get as close as the fence line. Just have to hope we are lucky enough that a calf will be born close to a fence. Calving season lasts a few weeks, so I hope that I'll get some better shots before they leave again.
