Autofocus issues Nikon E5400
I have a Nikon E5400 digital camera, had it for almost two years and STILL haven't tapped into all of its capabilities. I also have an earlier Nikon E2500 that still comes in handy at times.
In the last six or eight months, the E5400 has shown an erratic tendancy to NOT get the focus right. This is especially frustrating when I'm doing plant surveys. :scratch While I can manually focus the camera, it's not the handiest motion as I have to reach far to the right with my left thumb (to press the AF/MF button) and adjust the focus with my right thumb.
Are there any other Nikon E5400 camera owners reading this? Have you noticed autofocus problems also? What's the cause? How can I correct it?:dunno
