Lemme tell you right now: it's not always easy getting the right shot through a greasy or icy window at 40,000 feet--especially when there's turbulence!
I was flying to Baltimore from the LA area last December. There was a cloud deck we were about to go through in the 737 during the decent, when I noticed this plane shadow. It was also surrounded by a circular rainbow, but it's pretty hard to see in the shot:
