Hello All,

A year has past since The Gates at Central Park were displayed.

I invite you to re-visit the Gates by viewing some of my images:

That's a lot of "gates" shots, Nick.

Looks like you spent a lot of time shooting this event. Some pretty cool pictures in your gallery.

I knew, of course, that trees and plants had roots, stems, bark, branches and foliage that reached up toward the light. But I was coming to realize that the real magician was light itself.

Some nice piccies, Nick. Bummer I can't link to the ones I like.

Having seen many, many images of the Gates, I have to say one thing really strikes me about them: they seem like an obvious and easy visual opportunity. And yet there are very few good photographs of them. So they must actually have been extremely diffcult to capture. Perhaps it's a scale issue? ne_nau.gif
