if you're not already doing it, save your layers on the poster before you flatten for whatever; then you can go back to that and quickly correct the gaps or whatever you might want to change-
use your view>show>grid to line them up-

if you are doing it, sorry; just trying to help-

I usually notice something like that but the kid is too cute to notice anything else-
