At last I have returned home, and can begin posting some pictures from the Florida shoot. First a big thank you to Harry for all his help and hard work. One can see the effort, and long hours required to coordinate this kind of activity, and Harry pulled it off with ease. Hip, Hip, Hurray Harry. It was very nice to meet you as well as all the others behind the cameras, and to share the days together taking pictures of the same subject, through our own eyes. Although I didn’t enjoy sharing the bad cold that at least two of us had, it was great to be there. I hope you enjoy these, and I will post a few Merritt Island pics soon, with beautiful Florida Eagles to follow. :D:D:D:D:D

Thank you Vandana, your ID's are better than mine, that's why I left names off. I think the eagle is a juvenile american. The pictures are not perfect, but good enough for me.

Wow....that's a great compliment. I couldn't work it out either, so I just pointed at the sun, and crossed my fingers. Now if you believe that, I've got some bottom land to sell you. After 30 or 40 shots, I thought the comp. may be right. I hope everyone has recovered by now, and healthy again. It was great meeting you and Kathy, stay well.

Great set William. That sunrise is very cool. Looks like you found the same Anhinga I did. He must frequent that perch. Again, nice meeting & shooting with you.

An amazing set of shots! I love your composition in all the bird shots. I particularly like the kingfisher and the bird below it (not sure of my birds!) is particularly nice...like the repition of the long beak picked up in the sharp branches...very coool.
