Northern Harrier, Yesss!

I know the focus caught the close wing and it's not perfect, but sometimes the stars kinda align with a great background and subject - (ps - doesn't happen to me all that often!).

I thought this one worthy of some special treatment....(and I sure hope it *is* a northern harrier....)
